Product Description
Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining

The Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining comes from Ningbo Haishu Dongbang Garment Co., Ltd. in China. Its main contrast is close to the neck, where curly cream pile meets grey marl fabric and white cords above the straight zip front.

Fabric Selection

Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining

The Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining uses two clearly different surfaces around the hood opening. Grey marl cloth forms the outside, while cream curly pile gives the inside edge more texture and depth.

The selected body is 80% polyester, 20% cotton heather sweater fleece at 320 GSM. The hood alone is lined in 100% polyester sherpa at 220 GSM. This keeps the plush treatment focused near the neck in the base configuration.

A Quiet Body below the Hood

Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining

The Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining has narrow side welt pockets instead of a divided patch pouch. Their straight entries sit close to the body, leaving the grey surface largely uninterrupted.

Matching rib finishes the cuffs and lower hem. The back is plain, with the hood providing the main shape at the top.

Managing Hood Bulk

Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Cream Plush Hood Lining

The hood seam needs room for the sherpa layer without becoming heavy along the opening. A smoother hood lining is a development option if a flatter edge is preferred. Extending pile lining through the body would require a separate fit and bulk review.

Matching Two Fabrics in the Sample Room

Dongbang can coordinate the main fabric and lining with partner suppliers, then assess their interaction in a full hood sample. The sample team can review opening shape, drawcord position and seam bulk before those details are approved.

Material and finished-garment checks can include the cream lining shade, attachment quality and matching grey rib. New lining development may affect timing and minimum quantities.

FAQ

1. Is the entire hoodie lined in plush?

The base configuration uses sherpa in the hood only. The body is unlined, so a fully plush-lined version would be a separate development option.

2. Why use narrow side pockets?

They keep the lower front flatter and leave the marl fabric visible. A patch pouch would create a more prominent seam outline.

3. Can the cream lining be replaced with jersey?

Yes, as an alternative. Jersey would make the hood edge flatter and reduce its curly texture, so the revised shape should be sampled.

4. How long does sample development take?

Usually 7–15 working days after design details, measurements and materials are confirmed. Revisions follow your comments. Minor changes are generally faster; major changes or new fabrics and trims can need additional time. Revised timing is confirmed after review.

5. Can you source a different fabric for this style?

Yes. We can source existing fabrics or develop material with partner suppliers to your composition, weight, color and finish requirements. Custom fabric development may need a higher minimum quantity and additional time, depending on the specification.
