How do you control quality during production?
We apply quality control throughout the entire production process, from incoming fabric inspection to final inspection before shipment.
Incoming fabrics are checked for color variation, fabric weight, defects and other key issues. Before bulk production, we also verify shrinkage, measurements, color fastness and other performance requirements when applicable. Printing, embroidery and appliqué can also be tested for wash durability according to the product requirements.
During bulk production, each style and production line must pass a first-piece approval before full production begins. Our QC team then carries out in-line inspections, workmanship checks and measurement checks throughout production. Finished garments are visually inspected, while measurements are sampled by color, size and production batch. Defective products are separated, repaired and re-inspected before acceptance.
Final inspection is normally conducted according to ISO 2859-1, General Inspection Level II, with AQL 0 / 2.5 / 4.0 for critical, major and minor defects, unless the customer specifies a different inspection standard. We also maintain strict broken-needle and metal contamination control.
-
Which measurement tolerances and inspection standards do you use?
We follow the approved Tech Pack, size specification and measurement tolerances provided by the customer. If no specific standard is provided, we apply our internal tolerances according to the garment type and measurement point, with tighter tolerances for critical measurements.

-
Can you provide customized packaging?
