Blue-Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Black Shoulder Panels

The Blue-Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Black Shoulder Panels uses surface contrast as well as color contrast. The blue-grey cloth has a mottled sweater-fleece face; the black sections provide a more uniform visual border.

Joining the Two Surfaces

Blue-Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Black Shoulder Panels

The Blue-Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Black Shoulder Panels uses 100% polyester fleece at 300 GSM for the main and yoke fabrics. Matching fiber and target weight does not remove the need to compare their dimensional behavior before cutting.

The yoke seam should stay flat rather than drawing up the blue-grey panel. The same care applies where the black hood joins the neck and where the rib meets the lower body.

Color Blocking without Large Graphics

Blue-Grey Zip-Up Hoodie with Black Shoulder Panels

The front zip runs through both color areas, and the patch pockets remain blue-grey. This leaves the black upper frame clear even when the pockets are in use.

A lighter yoke is a development option, but it would change the visual weight at the shoulders. Review the new combination with the hood and rib, instead of changing one panel in isolation.

Material Matching before Bulk Cutting

Dongbang can source fabric with partner suppliers and review material weight, shade and defects before garment production. For this two-fabric design, the sample stage can also compare the joined materials after washing.

The approved garment gives cutting, sewing and QC a common reference for yoke position, zip alignment and black-to-blue-grey contrast.

FAQ

1. Are the black sections the same visual texture as the body?

No. The base uses solid black fleece as a quieter frame around the mottled sweater-fleece body and sleeves.

2. Why check both fabrics after washing?

Two fabrics can respond differently even when their fiber type and target weight are similar. The joined seam should remain flat in the finished garment.

3. Can only the hood change color?

It can be developed that way, but the hood is part of the black upper frame. Review its new color with the yokes, cuffs and hem before approving the combination.

4. What is the MOQ for this style?

Our standard MOQ starts from 500 pieces per style. The final requirement depends on colors, sizes, fabric, trims and construction. Lower quantities may be possible for some products with adjusted pricing; color and size allocations are discussed for the order.

5. Can you develop our own color?

Yes. Pantone or other supplied color references can be reviewed through lab dips, strike-offs or garment samples before bulk production. Slight variations may occur with different fabrics, dyeing processes and material compositions.
